Tom joined EKOS as a Research Consultant in 2022 after completing a Psychology MA (Hons) at the University of Edinburgh and an International Relations MSc at the University of Glasgow. During his time at the University of Glasgow, Tom worked as a Research Assistant on a project that developed an open-source dataset, which was presented at the International Studies Association Conference. At EKOS, Tom provides research support across the portfolio by conducting tasks including market analysis, survey design, policy and strategy reviews, and socio-economic analyses using various data sources like Scottish Government statistics, SIMD, and NRS.
