Neil brings a wealth of experience of managing, leading and supporting change and transformation in the public and third sectors. Prior to joining EKOS in 2021, Neil’s background was primarily within a consultancy environment and in senior leadership roles within North Lanarkshire Council, North Lanarkshire Leisure and West Lothian Leisure.

At EKOS, Neil will support the continued growth in our sport, leisure and physical activity portfolio. This spans strategic and operational reviews to support efficiency and transformation programmes. It will also cover facility and pitch strategies, feasibility studies and options appraisals. Neil also brings a wealth of experience in data analytics, geospatial analysis and business intelligence which is an increasing focus for our clients across all sectors. Neil’s recent clients include local authorities, sport and leisure trusts, national governing bodies of sport, sportscotland and many sports clubs and community organisations.
