EKOS has completed a review of Glasgow’s International Financial Services District (IFSD) showing that it has attracted 15,500 jobs to the city centre over the past ten years.  Commissioned by Scottish Enterprise to coincide with the IFSD’s tenth anniversary, the review also finds that 2.75m sq ft of new or significantly refurbished Grade A office space has been created, plus 1,600 hotel rooms, 700 residential apartments and over 100,000 sq ft of retail and leisure floorspace.
