Nicola Graham, Senior Consultant
Nicola Graham is a senior consultant that specialises in performance management and evaluation. As a practitioner and consultant she has been at the forefront of work in the fields of public service improvement, community planning, urban regeneration, and social inclusion. As part of her consultancy practice she brings particular expertise in social research, project monitoring, service design and review, outcome-based funding, and project and programme evaluation.
Nicola draws on vast experience from working in both the public and private sectors. She joined EKOS from the South East of England Development Agency where she held the position of Head of Performance Development and Evaluation. Former positions include Development Manager for Glasgow Community Planning Partnership and Monitoring/Evaluation Officer for Drumchapel Social Inclusion Partnership. This followed earlier employment as a private sector business analyst and regeneration consultant. Nicola holds an Honours degree in Economics and Marketing.
