Mhairi Donaghy, Associate Director
Mhairi Donaghy leads our Place Development and Regeneration team. She is an economic development professional, with a focus on physical and area regeneration and over the past six years at EKOS has worked on a wide range of projects throughout Scotland and the North of England.
Mhairi leads all of our work in physical regeneration and place development for clients including private developers, urban regeneration companies, enterprise agencies and local and national government. Areas of specialism include property market research, project evaluation, appraisal and impact analysis, feasibility / viability assessments and business planning – all with a focus on property and physical development. She also has a particular interest in area and town centre regeneration, working with a range of specialist partner consultancies in the preparation of action plans and masterplans.
Mhairi joined EKOS in April 2002 following 10 years in place development teams at Scottish Enterprise. She graduated in 1990 with a degree in Social Science (Economics and Politics) and has subsequently completed two Postgraduate Diplomas Urban Property Appraisal and Local Economic Development (Distinction).
