Ishabel Bremner, Associate Director
Ishabel is an Associate Director with EKOS and manages the Inverness Office. She has extensive experience in strategy development, economic data analysis, good practice project appraisal, applied monitoring and evaluation frameworks, reviews and full impact evaluations, and operational planning and performance. Ishabel has particular sectoral knowledge in food and drink, life sciences and transport. She is a recognised expert in economic impact assessment and cost/benefit analysis and has provided Green Book Guidance within the Scottish Enterprise network.
Before joining EKOS in 2002, Ishabel worked for nine years in the Scottish Enterprise and Highlands and Highlands Enterprise networks, in economist, planning and evaluation roles. She has an Honours Degree in Economic Science and MSc in Economics.
