Graham Senior, Director
Graham leads our Learning and Skills Unit. He is a highly experienced consultant and researcher with particular expertise in skills development, evaluation and economic and social research methods. A trained labour market economist, Graham has led much of our work on skills and learning, including labour market intelligence studies. He has expertise in conducting economic impact appraisal and evaluations across all aspects of economic development interventions - business development, skills development, property and environmental projects. He has also conducted a number of economic impact assessments of sporting and cultural events of international and national significance.
In his career, Graham has worked in academia, Government, Scottish Enterprise and national and international consultancy practices. He has Honours, Masters and Doctoral degrees in Economics.
