Debbie Roberts, Consultant
Debbie works mainly within our Enterprise and Innovation unit. She has specific interests in tourism and creative and cultural industries and regularly leads economic impact assessments of major sporting and cultural events. Debbie has also been involved in most of our work on the creative economy and has developed considerable knowledge of this sector, as well as contributing to studies across the full range of the company’s consultancy portfolio. Her attention to detail and clear approach are highly valued by clients and colleagues alike.
Prior to joining EKOS in 2004, Debbie worked as a financial underwriter following completion of her undergraduate honours degree in Economics and Finance at Strathclyde University. She has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Local Economic Development from Glasgow University and is currently working towards completing the Masters element of the course.
