Our consultants have backgrounds in academia, economic development agencies, community organisations and the private sector, bringing a range of different perspectives to our work.
Chris Kelly, Consultant
Chris works mainly within our Place Development and Regeneration team. He has particular experience in undertaking evaluations of large and small scale physical regeneration projects, economic impact assessments and property market reviews. An experienced researcher, Chris is particularly interested in the role of place in economic development, and in how the public and private sectors can work in partnership to create successful places.
Chris has a degree in Politics and Human Resource Management and is currently working towards a Masters in Local Economic Development at the University of Glasgow. He is also a member of the Economic Development Association of Scotland (EDAS).
