Andrew McArthur, Consultant
Andrew has contributed to successful projects in all of the company’s thematic units. He has built a sound knowledge of a wide variety of official datasets and sources available and is skilled in their manipulation and analysis. He is also an experienced interviewer, equally comfortable talking to beneficiaries or deliver agents at all levels of their respective organisations.
Before joining EKOS, Andrew worked as a surveyor and survey manager for the transport consultancies CBP and HFA as well as in the Oil and Gas sector and with the former Scottish Office. He has also worked abroad with short periods in Bosnia and Germany. Andrew has an Honours Degree in History and Postgraduate Diplomas in Local Economic Development and Russian Language from Glasgow and Strathclyde Universities respectively.
