The process of taking a project or programme from an initial idea to making it a reality is often complex and time-consuming. Unfortunately, having a good idea isn’t always enough and the format for presenting new ideas has become increasingly proscriptive.

Developing Business Cases

EKOS provides a range of services to support clients in developing business cases for support. This includes Outline (OBC) through to Full (FBC). Our support ranges from providing specific elements of advice through to completing the full plans. We have developed business cases for a range of projects from national programmes to small local regeneration projects.

Access to Finance

The use of bidding processes is now more common and, at the same time, the competition for funding has become more intense. EKOS has extensive experience of supporting clients in making funding bids to EU, national, regional and local funders and is able to provide support to ensure full compliance and robust submission.

We also have experience in helping clients obtain private sector funding and in working within wider financial markets.

Regional Growth Fund

The Regional Growth Fund is a major new competitive fund set up by Government to support economic development and help generate new private sector jobs. EKOS provides a range of services from market research and feasibility through to full completion of formal bids.
