Nicola Graham, Senior Consultant

Nicola is a key member of the Strengthening Communities Business Unit and specialises in performance management and outcome-focused evaluation. Over the last thirteen years, she has built up considerable experience as a practitioner and consultant (for EKOS and previously SQW). Nicola has held various policy, monitoring and evaluation roles in Scotland and England, including Development Manager with Glasgow Community Planning Partnership and Head of Performance Management for a Regional Development Agency in the South East of England. During her time with EKOS Nicola has managed a wide range of reviews, community consultations, evaluations and feasibility studies, and brings thematic experience in areas such as community health and youth issues. She has supported community and voluntary groups in a variety of contexts through the qualitative and quantitative studies that she has been involved in.
