Chris Kelly,  Senior Consultant

BA Politics and Human Resource Management, PgDip (Distinction) Local Economic Development

Chris is an economic development professional with seven years experience in private sector consultancy.  His core strengths are in evaluation and project appraisal, which includes economic impact assessment, options analysis, financial appraisal, and cost-benefit analysis.  In particular, Chris has significant thematic experience in Place Development and Regeneration, and has undertaken evaluations of regeneration projects for both public and private clients across the UK, developed business cases and options appraisals, and designed bespoke impact appraisal models to support funding and planning applications.  His expertise in evaluation and economic impact assessment has also been transferred to other areas of the business, notably to Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, where he has evaluated programmes and initiatives across the enterprise journey – from pre-start and start-up, to business development and growth.
